Should I Pay For Ads Or Use SEO?

There is plenty of debate on the topic of whether you would be better off saving money on online advertising and instead working on search engine optimization for your small business, or if it would be better to save some time and put some money into online advertising; certainly, there are merits to the arguments on either side, but if you have been trying to make this decision yourself, one of the best thing you can do is simply look at the numbers.

Twitter is one of the most popular websites on the Internet these days - and is certainly one of the places where people are most likely to spend their time - and for this reason, Twitter has become one of the most popular places to advertise; as far as the effectiveness of advertising on Twitter, however, you should realize that only about half of one percent of all clicks on Twitter come on the ads on the site!

Of course, facebook is by far another one of the most popular destinations on the Web nowadays, and facebook makes lots of money off of their advertising services; while facebook ads can be effective, however, the numbers show that the click-through rate of facebook ads is generally well under one percent - which, again, is far less than optimal!

And one of the most popular places to pay for ads these days - because it is just about the most popular destination on the Web - is Google, but while the ads on Google are effective, it would be far more effective to have used search engine optimization to get your site onto Page One of Google rankings than to have paid for an ad; on average, only about 18 percent of the clicks on Google go to the ads, while the other 82 percent go to the organic results!

It is not a bad idea to pay for ads for your small business, but you should also realize that using search engine optimization also has its merits - as even though it can take a little bit of extra time, it can also bring you much greater results!

Tips For Making Your Way Online As An Entrepreneur

Clickbank Products If you are a small business owner or working in some sort of entrepreneurial capacity, there is a good chance you took this step in your career because you wanted to eventually be able to work fewer hours while making more money than you were making before; while this is certainly something any small business owner or entrepreneur can attain, however, this tends to end up being the opposite of reality for most entrepreneurs and small business owners - and this is largely because they do not know the steps they need to take in order to dominate online.

The first step you need to take in order to dominate online as an entrepreneur is using search engine optimization to dominate search engines; some people simply use SEO as a means to gain a bit of extra exposure on search engine rankings pages, but when you take the time to learn all the ins and outs of SEOs, you can cause your site to gain a top ranking, and to gain tons of new traffic as a result!

On top of making sure you learn the ins and outs of SEO in order to take full advantage of its power, you will want to use social media to get people to swarm to your site; social media is a great way to connect with people you would otherwise never be able to come in contact with - and these connections can often lead to a great boost in profits for you.

And finally, realize that your website will not do you much good - unless you have this site optimized for sales; do not be shy to make it obvious that your site is in place in order for sales to be made, as this will enable you to make a lot more sales to the people who come your way!
Realize that small business and your entrepreneurial efforts are games that can be won - and you can be the one to win in them when you understand how to take the right approach, and when you implement this right approach in your efforts.

Will I Be All Right Building My Own Website?

http://forte33.cbpassive.hop.clickbank.net

If want to have a business - or, quite frankly, if you want to sell anything at all - you will need a website of your own. But a website is not free to build, and when you are trying to save up money for starting your business, it can be tough to spend extra on a website. Because of this, many people with their own business also want to know if it is possible for them to build their own website. If you have ever wondered this yourself, the answer is that you absolutely can - once you know a few important things!

If you want to build a website without spending a lot of money, you will need to first register a domain name. It usually only costs about $10 per year to have your domain name, so the toughest part is actually finding a domain name that works for you. If you or your company has a unique name, this should be easy; it can be much harder, though, if your desired name is already taken!

Next, you will want to use a template that will enable you to mostly set up and run your website on your own. By using a template such as a Wordpress template, you will be able to update, change, and adjust your site whenever you want!

And if you want to design and run your website on your own, it will be key that you put in some time doing research. Firstly, you will want to research some basic HTML coding; this is not complicated, and it will help you have a lot more freedom in the way your website looks. And the other bit of research you will need to do is make sure you find out as much as you can about the process of building a website. The book Learning Web Design is one of the best resources for this, and although it is a $45 book, it is only $25 on Amazon!
Once you put in the time to learn what you are doing, you will be able to start building your website - and you will be able to make it look exactly how you want it!
